Production & Shipping Timeline
Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and shipping of all items, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Each R3LAVANCE piece is made with care, using handmade processes such as spraying, distressing, burning, and DTF application. Because of this, production times may vary slightly depending on order volume and the complexity of the item.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the address used at checkout.
You can use this tracking number to follow your package at any time through the carrier’s tracking system.
Delivery Times
After your order has shipped, please allow 4–6 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
International orders may take longer depending on customs processing, local postal services, and carrier delays.
Please note: holiday seasons, weather issues, customs checks, and carrier delays may extend delivery times.
Store Policies
Made-to-Order Items
Most R3LAVANCE products are made to order or handmade in limited quantities. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has started, unless the item arrives faulty, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.
Please double-check your size, shipping address, and order details before submitting your purchase.
Lost, Stolen & Delivered Packages
R3LAVANCE is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after the carrier marks the order as delivered.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier or your local postal service to file a claim or locate the package. You can also contact us and we will help where possible with tracking information.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and help resolve it where appropriate.
Incorrect Addresses
R3LAVANCE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
Customs, Tariffs & Import Duties
Customs fees, tariffs, VAT, import duties, or any additional international charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
R3LAVANCE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or shipping carriers.
